Welcome to the Phoenix Foundation's Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament! This year's Charity Golf Tournament will benefit both the Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation and Harvest Compassion Center & Mitchell Swaback Charities.
The tournament will take place on Friday, April 26, 2019, which is located at Stonecreek Golf Club located at 4435 E. Paradise Village Pkwy., South, Phoenix, AZ 85032

The day - which begins at 7:30 a.m. - includes: 18 holes of golf, a Luncheon, on-course entertainment and activities, a raffle and auction ... and of course, prizes and awards.
Fees are affordable.
Single golfer is just $125 and includes: 18 holes of golf, player tee gift, Breakfast and awards Luncheon.
A foursome costs $500 total and includes: 18 holes of golf, player tee gift, Breakfast, and awards Luncheon for each player.
Non-golfers are welcome at the Luncheon for just $25, which will start around noon and when the golfers come off the course.
Sponsorships are available and greatly appreciated, as these not only support the Foundation's designated charities, but offer local businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services to spectators, participants and the media.
We are seeking silent auction items, raffle items, items for 200 prize bags and Volunteers.
